Remote Support :

Remote Support can be delivered in the most timely manner, and often most cost effective for our clients. Secured
remote access mechanism is installed on client’s system in advance. This permits our engineers to access client
system quickly should the need arises. Our remote access mechanism is encrypted and secure, and is only accessible
by authorized personnel with audit trails.

On-Site Service :

We usually dispatch engineers on site when remote support fails to resolve a service ticket. It can also be a hardware
related problem where remote support alone can not resolve. On-site service can be scheduled as part of a client’s
contract package.

After Hour/Emergency Service :

After hour/emergency service is defined as any service client requests Monster IT (MIT) to perform outside of MIT’s
business hours. Normally, this service is only available for customer with service contract. It may be structured
to be included in the contract rate, or as an optional add-on but at a discounted rate.

Fixed Hour Contract :

In the Fixed Hour plan, client subscribes to a predetermined number of hours on a monthly basis to be used to service,
and maintain client’s IT infrastructure. Hours can be distributed among various services as needed, such as hardware
maintenance, desktop support, network administration etc. However, it does not include new project. This is our most
popular service plan.

     Benefits:

       • Flexible usage of hours
       • Access to team of engineers
       • Pre-scheduled On Site Service
       • After hour/emergency support available (as option)

Flat Rate Contract :

In the Flat Rate Plan, client pays a flat fee in exchange for unlimited support during Monster IT’s regular business hour*
(some restriction applies for after hour/emergency support). This is an excellent option for organization seeking to lower
its IT cost via outsourcing.

     Benefits:
       • Unlimited regular support during MIT business hours
       • Flat rate means no "over-usage" charge*
       • Access to team of engineers
       • Pre-scheduled On Site Service
       • After hour/emergency support available*

On Demand Contract :

"On Demand" Contract is also known as “As Needed” Contract. In this plan, client signs a basic service contract which
outlines type of services desired, and the corresponding charges. No minimum usage required, however, discount is less
than other plans. After hour support is typically not available under this plan.

     Benefits:
       • No minimum monthly usage.
       • Pay only for what is utilized
