Employee

Employee function supports to manage user account and acess authority. It allows users to login with different accounts on the same computer at the same time to achieve efficient work.

Customer

Customer function supports to flexibly setup and use of varieties of customer types and detailed customer management to meet the requirement of different customers, including basic information, local information, shipping cost, EDI, manufacturer, ship to, history, sales order, pick order, accounting and other management fuctions.

Catalog

Catalog function provides single, master, part and rate type of product and EDI function to exchange and process product information between stations. It supports users to update pictures and documents, cost and price, product of different locations, customers and vendors, inventory replenishment and trigger to remind users order in time. And it closely associates products with warehousing, purchasing and sales managements.

Stock

Informationized inventory management can help enterprise with integrate resources, product quality, accurate warehousing operations, response to customers and competitiveness with multiple locations and areas, efficient receiving and picking up, landed cost management, tag management and many other functions.

Purchase Order

Purchase order function supports procurement demand, actual , transit and return PO Management and closely associates with warehouse and accounting to make sure receiving and paying accurate. It contains cost allocation and final cost calculation, inventory inquiry, purchase order and sales order history, delivery and arrival time. It helps purchase plan analysis, selling arrangement adjustment and stock preparation fast and convenient.

Sales Order

Standardized management process to define responsibility and promote cooperation of departments. Sales order and information are quickly typed in and can be directly pulled from purchase order to void repetitive work. Pick order also can be directly created from sales order, and pickup information is automatically back to sales order. To meet the customer repeated demands, sales order can be created by copying existed order to highly improve the accuracy and efficiency.

POS

POS is used for quick settlement and payment which includes cash, credit card, check and other payment methods. Administrators can complete sales query and statistics with POS list function.

PickOrder

Pick order function supports two kinds of pick order which added directly in pick order function and created on the basis of sales order to meet the requirement of different warehouse management modes.

RMA

RMA supports product return, refund and repair. Different types of return are completely accepted by simple and detailed multi-location return operation. RMA handles return operations together with warehouse, pick order and accounting functions. It contains printing RMA order, packing list, credit memo, setting commission rate, etc. The whole RMA process is effectively executed to achieve less waiting time and higher customers satisfaction.

iPad

ERP mobile is aim at all kinds of sales force, and contains portfolio generated from product, customer information created, order and information printed, different user roles including operator, sales and customer. It seamlessly links with ERP. Orders automatically created and modified in ERP when submitted by mobile. When the network is not good, users still can use ERP mobile without network.

Cost and Price management is very flexible which provides many adjustment functions such as bulk add and update, automatic calculation, and supports to upload documents to setup cost and price.
